San Francisco Family Session at Mountain Lake Park

Another family session at Mountain Lake Park!

This girl always has a skip in her step! I first met met her at Mini Chic where I was doing a “Short & Sweet” session, and I was ecstatic when the family hired me a few months later. For obvious reasons!

I’ll always remember speaking over the phone with this mom… We just clicked, something happened, we KNEW this session would be perfect. And I’m not only talking about the resulting images, I’m talking about the experience itself. The whole session was easy and carefree, just the way we had planned it. There are a few “posed” portraits (you’ll only get a glimpse of those) but I’m trying to move towards a more documentary style, so I went into this session with the firm intention of capturing movement and connection as this family interacted and enjoyed this moment…
