When will I receive my prints/products?
Your prints will be delivered to your address within 1-2 weeks.
When will I receive my digital images?
Digital images are sent to you automatically by email once you’ve placed your order. The watermark on these images will disappear. Don’t worry!
My child has a bruise/scrape/ rash, can you retouch the images?
There is a retouching option UNDER items > digitals.

What if my child wasn’t there on Photo Day?
If your child was sick, or you were on vacation, I do offer 2 Pop-up Portrait Sessions a year. Be sure to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org so I can add you to the list.
I don’t want you to use my child’s portrait on social media
Without your consent, your child will not be featured on any social media. I take this very seriously.
Can I take screenshots?
No, you may not. This is important for me as an artist and small business owner. This is copyright infringement. There is a watermark on each image that will disappear once you have purchased your digital image.
Why aren’t there the same number of images and variety of poses in each school portrait gallery?
Depending on the time of day, personality and mood of the moment, some kids will offer a variety of expressions where others will be more reserved.
I strive to capture the personality of your unique child… which also means that I steer clear from cheesy smiles.
